There is so much beauty in the world, and flowers are a small but powerful part of that. They do more than just look beautiful. They support the planet, they mark moments, and they remind us how quickly things can pass. A flower blooms, and before you know it, it is gone.
I have three kids, and watching them grow up has made that idea feel very real. It happens fast. Faster than you expect. One day you are in the middle of it, and the next you are wondering how it moved so quickly.
Parenting brings a lot of emotion with it. You ask yourself if you are doing enough, if you are making the right decisions, if you are showing up the way you should. That pressure can become overwhelming, and sometimes it takes away from the very thing you are trying to hold onto.
For me, the answer was simple, but not always easy. Slow down. Be present. Make time. Notice what is happening while it is happening.
That is where Petal Habit came from.
This is not just clothing. It is a mindset. A small, wearable reminder to stop and smell the roses. To take a breath. To reconnect with what matters while it is still in front of you.
Life is not easy. It can feel overwhelming, repetitive, and heavy at times. Mental health often takes a back seat, both in our personal lives and in the way it is treated more broadly. The reality is, everyone struggles at some point, and needing support is not something to hide.
